Maori Honey does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We will only release account and other personal information if we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Maori Honey Limited, our users, or others.
Delivery Address Details
Maori Honey enables you to save one delivery address which we will store against your profile. When you buy an item you have the option of entering a new delivery address which may be a third party recipient- i.e, A gift.
It is the policy of Maori Honey to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, Maori Honey will send out promotional material to its Newsletters subscribers promoting material related to Maori Honey.
We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
Other information we collect
We collect and use additional information to carry out internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve you and our community. Delivery / Freight Charges
Maori Honey currently offers online purchasing for delivery throughout New Zealand and selected international destinations. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All our prices are Inclusive of GST or any other sales Tax and the same price includes “FREE” delivery worldwide.

Returns Policy and Procedure
Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following: An exchange. A replacement product. A refund.
Items must be returned in original condition to the place of purchase.
If purchased online the items must be returned to Maori Honey, (address 1), Christchurch.
Items must be returned within a 7 day period.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Maori Honey will not be responsible for any additional freight costs.
If a product is not suitable Maori Honey reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.
